  • Do you offer any type of warranty on your iphone screen repairs?
    Yes, all iPhone screen repairs carry a 90 day parts and labor warranty which means if you have any iphone defect screen that malfunction, or do not work as intended or designed within 90 days we will take care of it free of charge!
  • I tried to fix my iPhone on my own and have it semi unassembled. Can I bring it to you and have you finish the repair?
    Absolutely, every now and then we do that for customers. We alaways make it work!
  • After dropping my phone it has become unresponsive to touch, does the screen repair fix this issue?"
    Yes, any non responsiveness your phone is suffering due to a drop will be corrected with the Glass & Digitizer repair, as the Digitizer that is being replaced is the part responsible for all touch functionality.
  • Are your parts Original Apple or OEM?
    Apple Inc. does not manufacture any parts. They are only a design and engineering company. The parts Apple uses in the iPhone are bought from Chinese vendors and assembled in China. Many of the parts we use come from the similar vendors in China. So though we cannot claim that our parts are "from Apple" they are manufactured to the same strict OEM specifications and we are often unable to tell the difference.
  • Can my phone be repaired while I wait in the store?
    Almost all repairs can be completed while you wait in 20 minutes or less by one of our experienced technicians. Some parts we dont keep in stock but can get them the next business day.
  • Do I need to make an appointment to bring my device into your store?
    No appointment is needed. Simply stop by during our hours of operation and we will be happy to assist you with any repair needed.
