The iPhone 13 rumor mill keeps turning. Here's everything we know about Apple's next phone lineup, including some rumored camera upgrades that include a video version of Portrait Mode and ProRes video.
Apple's next iPhone, said to be called the iPhone 13 , could see an updated design, longer battery life and an increased refresh rate, among other things. But, the latest buzz focuses on the new iPhone's possible camera upgrades. According to Bloomberg's Mark Gurman, the iPhone 13 could be getting at least three major new camera and video features. Gurman says that these updates include a new filter system for better pictures, a way to take higher quality video called ProRes, and a video version of Portrait Mode. As we inch closer and closer to the iPhone 13's possible reveal, it seems like the hype for the new Apple smartphone continues to grow. According to a survey by SellCell, reported on by MacRumors, 44% of current iPhone users plan to upgrade to one of the iPhone 13 models when it becomes available. We've heard that the iPhone 13 lineup will feature four phones -- the iPhone 13, iPhone 13 Mini, iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max -- as predicted by analyst Ming-Chi Kuo. This lineup matches the four iPhone 12 models from last year. But that's not all that's staying the same: The iPhone 13's price and design might be familiar as well.
