As the coronavirus situation continues to evolve, we know it is top of mind for our customers. So we believe it’s important to share the steps we are taking to keep our people safe and our store clean.We are monitoring this situation daily, and, as we do with any unusual event, we will watch what’s happening locally and adjust business operations and policies as needed. We pay close attention to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), as well as other health organizations, and are following their guidelines.First and foremost, we are taking preventive measures to keep our store clean and maintain a healthy environment. Our Store cleaned daily, which includes using sanitizing solutions in high-touch. We have increased focus on cleaning and have dedicated an associate to maintain key areas throughout the day.
At iZeek Repair, it is our intent during the Covid-19 situation to continue to serve our customers wherever possible while protecting our technicians and performing our social duty to minimize the spread of the disease.
With this in mind, we have expanded on our current repair options to give our customers the ability to limit the contact they have during the repair experience to their level of comfort.
We are offering curbside check-in for customers who would prefer not to enter the store and remain in their vehicles.

Someone will be out to assist you within 5 minutes.
Carry-in repairs will operate similarly to our normal repair procedure, but we are taking extra precautions to ensure a sanitary environment for both our technicians and the devices in our care.
