We are currently seeking a Gadget Specialist (Repair Technician), to become an integral part of our team! Join us on a full-time or part-time basis. You will diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets, laptops and gaming systems. Salary is commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair devices

  • Provide repair estimates to customers

  • Explain technical problems so customers will understand and provide resolutions

  • Utilize POS system

  • Maintain a neat, clean workspace

  • All other duties as assigned

​Qualifications:

  • Must be age 18 or over

  • Previous experience as a repair technician or in a wireless store preferred but not necessary

  • Knowledge of diagnostic and repair equipment

  • Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

  • Deadline and detail-oriented

  • Ability to work flexible hours. Regular and prompt attendance is required

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Must be able to lift/carry 30 lbs.
